1. Do I have to sign up for a new account to order?

 

 There is no need to create an account when ordering on our website. Simply click on a product, add it to your cart and checkout. If you are overseas customers and are having difficulty you may need to setup an account to enable you to checkout. If you are still having problems, please contact us and we will help you to complete the order.

 

2. How do I order from Wedding For You Ltd.

 

 Via website: To start shopping you can simply browse by category, or search by keyword to begin adding items to your cart.

3. What if I want to send as a gift to someone else?

 

No problem, all you have to do is sign in with an account and this will allow you to have the invoice sent to you and have the item shipped to whoever you want.

 

 

4. How long will my package take to be delivered?

 

Most customers receive packages within a few days, however, please note that if there is a product that we have had to order in , it may take 7-14 days for you to receive your package. If you require your package urgently then please note this in the comments box when ordering your product.

 

International Shipping are subject to additional shipping charges. You will be advised by email of extra charges.

5. What is your refund policy? 7 Day Return Policy:

 

Wedding For You values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued less shipping fees. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on lingere. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the 7 day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

 

International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.

 

Final Sales:

 

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. As lingerie is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, men's boxers & hosiery. (NO EXCEPTIONS).

 

Procedure for Returns/Exchanges:

 

Click here for the Return Form. Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Use the original (or similar) box. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of the original returned merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
