Shipping

All orders are shipped through Courierpost.  We offer two services

Courierpost allow 1-2 days delivery.

ParcelPost tracked - allow 2-3 days delivery

If you wish to Pickup, area is in Birkenhead, Auckland - Contact Debbie 021773504 to make a time to collect.

As we are Auckland based, South Island deliveries will usually require the extra day

Rural Delivery please allow the additional day just in case and does have an extra charge included in your shipping charge.

Same Day Delivery & Saturday Delivery

This can be requested but will incur extra charges

*Particularly small items which can possibly be sent at a cheaper rate than you have been charged, the difference will be automatically refunded to you.

We aim to have all our items in stock unless otherwise stated on our website, but on the odd occasion an item may have sold out but just needs to be re-ordered in, you will be advised accordingly and allow between 4 -10 working days for New Zealand suppliers or up to 30 days for overseas suppliers. (most items from overseas are specified on our website)

We cannot accept responsibility for incomplete addresses and non-delivery of items. However should an item go missing, we must be notifed immediately as we will endeavour to have the missing item located.

Damaged items must be notifed to us immediately upon receipt and we will advise you what to do.

Overseas Delivery

We do delivery overseas. Some delivery charges may incur an extra fee to what you have been charged initially should the amount exceed our estimated cost. You will be advised of this prior to item being sent.
